Leadership development and talent management
With the focus on promoting talented employees and supporting them on their career path, there is a talent identification program in the area of talent management . In this program, participants can find out what next steps they would like to take in their professional development.
Special emphasis is also placed on management development . In the management development programs, line managers are strengthened in their leadership role and provided with helpful instruments and tools. The aim of the programs is to bring a shared, modern understanding of leadership to life.
The special feature of all development programs is the interdisciplinary composition of the groups. This is intended to strengthen networking beyond the participants' own specialist area and support cross-departmental cooperation. The development programs extend over a period of between 6 and 18 months.
