The Academy for Medical Professions at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg also offers qualifications that are certified according to the standards of the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV).

The AZAV certificate is a seal of quality that recognizes companies that meet the regulation's requirements for the quality and transparency of vocational training and advanced training. The Academy for Medical Professions is thus authorized to provide vocational training to people who have been granted financial support by the Federal Employment Agency. Employees of companies/cooperation partners who are supported under the Qualification Opportunities Act can also be qualified.
