The General Practice, together with approximately 200 academic teaching practices in South Baden, is committed to teaching, advanced training, and research—always with a focus on Primary Care and the real-life circumstances of patients.

We work closely with partners at the regional, national, and international levels to further develop General Practice in a way that is sustainable, scientifically sound, and socially responsible.

Our actions are based on clear values: the right to health, equal opportunity, sustainability, evidence-based practice, and self-care.

In terms of content, we focus on didactic development, advanced training in medicine, the digitization of care, addressing social determinants of health, and topics related to planetary health.

Our goal: to strengthen the training of future physicians, improve Primary Care, and promote health literacy among the population.
