The University Medical Center would like to retain you as a qualified specialist and make it easier for you to return to work after parental leave. Since early planning is important, the HR department will contact you six months before the end of your parental leave and ask you to schedule a meeting. This meeting should take place as soon as possible with your supervisor.

During the meeting, you will discuss your place of work, working hours, training needs, induction arrangements, and questions about annual leave and remaining leave with your supervisor.

Childcare

Good, reliable childcare is crucial to enabling you to return to work. The University Medical Center offers its employees full-day childcare places for children from three months of age until they start school.

The University Medical Center also offers holiday childcare for children aged between three and 14.
