BrainPool in the Neurocentre
Space for ideas, communication, and the digital future
The renovation of the former exercise pool at the Neurocenter has created a special place: the Brain Pool of the Translation Center for Digitalization in Medicine. The space was created to visibly promote creative thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the development of innovative projects.
The Brain Pool brings together experts from medicine, science, computer science, technology, and other fields to work together on solutions for the digital transformation of healthcare. Modern infrastructure, flexible usage options, and an open atmosphere support the discovery of new perspectives and a rethinking of current challenges in medicine.
Our goal is to make the Brain Pool a lively center for exchange and future inspiration—a place where ideas can grow and innovations can emerge. We cordially invite you to help shape this space, share inspiration, and work with us to further develop digital medicine at the University Medical Center Freiburg.
