To promote researchers in an early stage of their career there will be specific trainings in combination with the scientific workshops. The qualification and organisational concept will take advantage out of interdisciplinary and interregional framework.

Furthermore early career researchers (ECRs) developing their own research interests should be supported by start-up funding their position while establishing their own research group.
