Cochlear Implant Centrum Freiburg - ICFRhythmic and Music Therapy are offered as age-appropriate single and group units. The contents are oriented to themes and resources, activate whole-body processes and have a lasting effect on the individual hearing development in all age groups.
Rhythmic and Music Therapy for Babies, (preschool) Children and Adolescents
- makes use of the interactions of music, rhythm, movement and speech for communication abilities and language acquisition.
CI-Kinder beim Musizieren
- Works with all senses and trains perception
- Acts on motorics, coordination, body perception and sense of balance
- Supports the development of cognitive performance capacity and memory
- Is oriented to the child’s abilities/resources
- Gives impulses for independent discovery and learning
- Offers repeats which are richly varied and ritualized
- Is a pleasure-oriented, playful, creative and social learning process.
Music Therapy for Adults
- Works with selected and high-quality instruments
Musiktherapie
- Is oriented to your individual “hearing development” and “processes”
- Promotes concentration ability and auditive hearing processing
- Helps to (re)discover tones and sounds for hearing development and provides new approaches to “hearing”, “experiencing” and “feeling” music
- Supports perception, expression and contact possibilities
- Mobilizes the resources in social and emotional experiences
- Sets impulses to improve relaxation capabilities
- Provides space for exchange of common experiences with other CI wearers
- Offers ideas and help for everyday life
