Comprehensive Cancer Center Freiburg - CCCF

Breast Center

If you are suspected of having breast cancer...

...that is a moment of far-reaching significance in your life. It can affect every aspect of your life situation. For us at the Breast Center, the first step is to clarify the suspicion. If the diagnosis is confirmed, we discuss the next steps with you.

We are a German Cancer Aid–certified Breast Center in which you are taken care of by an interdisciplinary team. Our focus is not only on medical treatment but also on maintaining your quality of life and taking into account your needs.

Events

The Medical Center – University of Freiburg regularly holds events to inform patients about the latest developments in the diagnosis and therapy of cancers. For more information on upcoming events and interesting past events related to breast cancer, click here (in German).

Support Groups

Support groups for people with the same disease are an opportunity to exchange information and experiences independently without professional guidance as well as to give and receive emotional support. Members of support groups are experts in matters that affect them personally and often possess a high degree of “lay competence.” Find out more
