Freiburg Facial Paralysis Instructional Course

Dear participants of the 2020 Freiburg Facial Paralysis Instructional Course,

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that the 2020 Freiburg Facial Paralysis Instructional Course will be postponed.

The Medical Centre - University of Freiburg has decided to not allow any symposia or conferences with external guests in order to avoid potential superspreader events in the currently stable but unpredictable German Covid-19 situation.

Even though we were prepared and felt that we were able to provide sufficient security for our guests, in light of the current regulations, we believe that this is an unfortunate but sensible decision. Therefore, and also due to the ongoing and severe travel restrictions for many of our international participants, we decided to cancel this year’s meeting.

All participants that have already transferred the participation fee will be fully reimbursed within the next weeks. 

We haven’t made this decision lightly and apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to welcome you in Freiburg in the future when we will be able to hold a meeting again and will contact you as soon as we can confirm a new date for this event.
