The establishment of a state-wide general practice research network across Baden-Württemberg

FoPraNet-BW is currently establishing a state-wide, general practice research network with 150 participating research practices and the combined primary care institutions of Tübingen, Heidelberg und Freiburg. The implementation of an IT infrastructure, combined with data management, is being carried out by the University of Reutlingen. Three pilot studies concerning heart failure, depression, and polymyalgia, as well as an interventional study concerned with intermediate fasting, will highlight the future capabilities of FoPraNet-BW.
