The SEVERA section is located at the Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, on the opposite side of the tramway station of the same name and the Lutheran church.

From Freiburg main station (train connections) please take tramway line 2 (green), towards Hornusstraße to stop Friedrich-Ebert-Platz (4 Stops). On workdays a tram leaves every 10 minutes. From the tram stop please follow the directions provided by the Site Map.

Freiburg is located directly on the motorway route A5. Take the exit Freiburg Mitte and follow the signposts to Uni-Kliniken. Coming from the Black Forest please follow the B31 to Freiburg and then the signposts to Uni-Kliniken.
Parking spaces are rare directly in front of the SEVERA building. There are, however, several parking options nearby:

The closest airport is the EuroAirport Basel / Mulhouse / Freiburg. Important information: Please leave the airport building on the French side, not the Swiss! Directly in front of the building, left of the exit, there is a stop for shuttle busses (timetable),which will get you to Freiburg main station within roughly 50 minutes. From there, please follow the directions given under ... by train.
You can also reach Freiburg from the airports Frankfurt International, Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden or Zürich.. From there you can best reach Freiburg via train.
