AG Multimodales Imaging

Forschungsfeld

Area of interest

Cardiovascular imaging by echocardiography, computed tomography and magnet resonance tomography is the mainstay of cardiovascular diagnostics for several underlying diseases. We work on projects investigating the advantages of different modalities in structural, valvular and ischemic heart disease. Further, we seek to determine the supplementary roles of different modalities in estimation risk of mortality and cardiovascular risk.
