Registration & Abstract Submission

The workshop will be limited to 100 research-active attendees from academia and industry. Preference will be given to authors of submitted abstracts.
Registration is a two-step process:
1. Application for participitation (i.e. creation of a user account in the registration portal)
2. Confirmation of acceptance
During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your abstract title. To submit your full abstract via the portal, please use the abstract template (MS Word document - please do not change formatting / page size / margins...), which can be downloaded here. Your abstract can be revised at any time until 20 September - the final deadline for abstract submission / revisions.
Once your application for participation has been accepted, you will be notified when the final registration step opens.
The Full Participant fee is currently set at EUR 450, the Trainee1 fee at EUR 300; payment will be required only upon full registration. The organisers are working towards a substantive reduction in registration fees (we hope by about EUR 150 in both fee categories); this will be confirmed before full payment will be requested.
Please note that it will not be possible to register on-site.
1:Trainees are in full-time education leading towards a BSc, MSc, MD or PhD.
