Many extracellular vesicles research groups are held back by the disparate output formats of their instruments. We at the Nazarenko Lab solved this problem by developing our own software that can read NTA, DLS and NanoFCM data and process them in a unified manner. It does standard statistical evaluations and it plots concentration, particle size and zeta potential measurements. It is an incredible time-saver and quality enhancer in our workflow.

We have just made this program, PHoNUPS (Plotting the Histogram of Non-Uniform Particles' Sizes) free and open-source. We wish the EV community to benefit from it and to take it up as broadly as possible. We want to add new instruments to it guided by your feedback. We look forward to vivid exchange about PHoNUPS.
