Technology and Methods

We are developing new methods and technologies aiming at advancing the frontiers of medical imaging in general and MRI in particular. Our areas of competence range from gradient, RF curcuits and MR system design to the most general MR pulse sequence methodology. We are also active in bringing different modalities in a close contact and developing hybrid imaging approaches and systems. A particular focus of our research lies in MR fast imaging. Our projects are conducted in close collaboration with leading MRI system manufacturers as Siemens Healthcare and Bruker BioSpin GmbH.
