Research focus
Our research aims to develop precision medicine approaches that enable more personalized, effective, and timely care for patients with mental disorders. By integrating clinical information with multi-omics technologies, we seek to identify biological markers that predict treatment response, uncover disease mechanisms, and accelerate the discovery of new therapeutic opportunities.
Our work combines large-scale clinical cohorts, population-based studies, multi-omics data, and machine learning approaches to address major challenges in psychiatry:
- Understanding the molecular pathobiology of mental disorders through multi-omics investigations
- Predicting treatment response to help identify the most effective treatment for individual patients.
- Discovering new treatment opportunities through drug repurposing
