Abberior STEDYCON super resolution microscope in the ZTZ
We will be hosting an Abberior STEDYCON super resolution microscope in the ZTZ from May 5 to May 22.
Below are some details about the system:
- Nikon Ti2, inverted microscope with motorized XY-table, Z-Piezo and 4color-LED for Epifluorescence
- 100x high NA STED objective, oil immersion
- STEDYCON2 confocal/STED
- 405/488/561/640 nm excitation laser
- 775 nm STED depletion Laser, enabling super-resolution in XY <30 nm
- Hardware Autofocus
- FLIM capabilities (TIMEBOW Lifetime Imaging)
