LibXPace interfaces with arbitrary tracking systems, and applies real time position changes to multiple MR sequences
PMC Enabled sequences
The integration of motion correction into MR sequences allows for research into a wide range of imaging and spectroscopic applications in which motion is a central limitation concerning image quality. For such purpose, the XPace (eXternal PACE) library has been developed to allow MR sequences to become PMC enabled. XPace is advantageous in that it is both sequence and tracking system independent; XPace can be integrated into all Siemens MR sequences from any arbitrary motion tracking system.
Current research into motion corrected sequences includes:
- Arterial spin labelling
- Non-Cartesian strategies
- EPI-based sequences
- High-field MRI
