Staff unit of the Commercial Directorate

The department and center structures anchored in the statutes are given economic and organizational competencies with the administrative departments and commercial management and represent the link between central administration and the department, clinic or institute. They are supplemented by specialized, decentralized organizational structures, such as divisional controlling. The decision-making powers and responsibilities of the departmental management are in the areas of personnel, premises and investments.
